Yes. We specialize in getting shipments where they need to go, right now. If it’s urgent, call us immediately so we can get a driver on the road.
Do you deliver to homes or just businesses?
Yes, we provide 'Last-Mile' delivery to residential addresses for our business clients. However, please note that we are a commercial courier service, not a moving company.
For insurance and safety reasons, our residential service is strictly 'Curbside' or 'Garage/Threshold' delivery. We do not enter private residences, navigate indoor stairs, or perform installations. If the item is heavy or palletized, the receiving location must have a flat surface accessible by our equipment.
How do you calculate your rates?
We keep it simple. Our rates are generally based on distance and urgency. We don't believe in hidden fees or surprise charges. We’ll give you a clear, flat quote before we start the engine.
How do I pay?
We offer flexible payment options tailored to your business needs:
Open Accounts: For recurring commercial partners, we offer Net 15 or Net 30 invoicing terms (subject to credit approval).
One-Time Shipments: We accept all major Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) via secure online payment link. Payment is due upon booking or delivery.
ACH / Direct Deposit: Available for high-volume accounts.
Note: We do not accept personal checks.
What fits in your van?
We operate a Ram ProMaster 2500 High Roof. It fits up to 3 standard pallets (48x40) or items up to 12 feet long. The rear door opening is 60 inches wide by 72 inches high. Maximum payload is 3,000 lbs. If you have a forklift load, we are ready to go.
Is my Cargo Insured?
Absolutely. We are fully insured. Your goods are our responsibility from the moment we pick them up until the moment they are signed for.
Do you help load/unload?
For commercial stops, we are 'dock-to-dock' or 'door-to-door.' We are fully equipped to handle palletized freight via forklift loading/unloading. For loose cargo, we can assist with tail-gate delivery. Note: We do not offer inside residential delivery (e.g., moving furniture up stairs) or installation services.
What services do you provide?
We focus on three core services:
Scheduled Route Logistics: Daily or weekly dedicated runs for inter-office mail, parts distribution, or supply chains.
Direct Rush Delivery: Urgent, point-to-point transport for time-critical manufacturing parts or inventory.
Medical & Legal Courier: Secure, chain-of-custody transport for specimens, pharmaceuticals, and sensitive documents.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We operate on a strict first-come, first-served basis. When you book Ready Route, you get our van exclusively for your shipment—we don't overbook or juggle multiple clients at once. We recommend calling as soon as possible to lock in your time slot.
What are your operating hours?
We are on the road Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. However, we know logistics doesn't always stop at 5 PM. We offer weekend and after-hours delivery by appointment. If you have an urgent request outside of standard hours, please call us to check availability.
Is my shipment the only one in the van?
For our 'Direct Rush' service, yes. You book the entire vehicle, and we drive non-stop to your destination. For 'Scheduled Routes,' we may co-mingle items to increase efficiency and lower costs, but your delivery deadline is always guaranteed.
Do you transport hazardous materials?
We do not transport HAZMAT (Hazardous Materials) requiring placards. We are fully insured for general freight, limited quantity medical specimens, and standard commercial cargo.
